When your team members join your Ignite community they automatically are recognized as a valued employee with access to your community newsfeed and all the active challenges within your Ignite Community. When an Ignite Challenge is successfully completed your team members feel instantly recognized because they are rewarded with Ignite Points that can be redeemed at any time in the Ignite Store. They can immediately cash in the points for items such as a gift card or save their earned points for a product they would like to place on their wish list.
